You typically have a gallon or two past E anyway, at least in my experiencea. My tank is 13.2 gallons and it takes 11 from E to fill it.

Nah. I've never had a fuel light on.
I don't play son.
Not when it's -26 C outside.

When I was a kid and gas was ninety some odd cents a gallon my mom drove the car until the engine died and we were coasting and then passed a gas station for one that was three cents cheaper down the street. We then paid for a couple gallons with change off the floorboards.

Ahh, the good old days, I remember going out on a friday night with $10 in my pocket and being able to get gas, cigarettes, a sixer of cheap beer, and have money left over for $.49 McDonald's cheeseburgers before going home.

I actually saw my gas light for the first time a couple of days ago. My range thing said 13miles I decided to not chance it.

Live on the wild side. . . My car doesn't have a low fuel light. . . and it really isn't empty when the needle is on E. . .
